<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>St Patrick’s College is seeking to employ a permanent part time (0.46 FTE) Inclusive Learning Administration Assistant to join our Inclusive Learning team.  We are seeking someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy and has a genuine desire to support the holistic development of young people. The Administration Assistant – Inclusive Learning provides essential administrative support for the Inclusive Learning team, handling communications with parents, visitors, staff, and students. The role involves establishing and maintaining efficient systems and procedures alongside the Director and Coordinators to meet school requirements and deadlines. Key responsibilities include developing positive relationships within the school community, assisting in the organisation and proofreading of student Learning Plans, coordinating teacher feedback, and ensuring accurate uploads to the school and Catholic Education Tasmania database. Additionally, the assistant will handle both confidential and non-confidential reports and correspondence, maintain electronic and manual records, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with organisational policies.</p><p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>As an experienced, highly organised and self-motivated administrator, you will have:</p><ul><li>Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader College community.</li><li>Have a genuine interest and passion in helping create an inclusive learning environment for young people. </li><li>Enjoy working in a dynamic team orientated environment.</li><li>High standards of professionalism, personal integrity, discretion, and resilience.</li><li>Perform effectively in environments with competing demands; </li><li>An understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission of St Patrick’s College as a Catholic school. </li></ul><p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.  The successful candidate will require satisfactory registrations relevant to child safety.   </p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>St Patrick’s is a Catholic co-educational Year 7-12 college of approximately 1,500 students with a strong academic culture that encourages individual students to develop to their full potential through a broad educational experience.  The College is structured into a three school model of learning, incorporating the Middle School (Years 7 and 8), Croagh Patrick (Year 9) and Senior School (Years 10-12).
