<p>Applicants must be able to successfully demonstrate the following to a high standard at all times:</p> <ol> <li>A genuine and active Christian faith and modelling of Christian values and ethics in all aspects of their professional and personal lives.</li> <li>Leadership and coordination of effective best practice with the school’s business administration, financial control and workplace health and safety.</li> <li>Supporting the Principal across relevant aspects of the school, particularly with business, finance and property.</li> <li>Acting as the Principal’s representative with employees and contractors, as required.</li> <li>Positive and professional relationships across the school community and its wider associates, reflecting the mission, vision and values of the school.</li> <li>The ability to analyse, problem solve, think strategically and plan effectively using an agile and growth mindset.</li> </ol> <p>Good interpersonal, organisational, communication, time-management and ICT skills, and the ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams of professionals, are essential for this role.
