<p>St Peter&#39;s College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne&#39;s south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. St Peter&#39;s College offers a rich and relevant curriculum in a modern learning environment which provides every student the opportunity to reach their full potential.</p><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for position of Assistant Daily Organiser &amp; Timetabler. This is a cross campus position with time shared across both the Cranbourne and Clyde North Campuses supporting the Daily Organisers and Timetablers. This position is a Category C (7 weeks Annual Leave) and Level 2 position in accordance with the <i>Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Agreement, 2022.</i></p><p><strong>Our ideal candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Is able to assist with the daily organisation and scheduling of replacement casual relief teachers liaising with service providers as required.</li><li>To support the management of yard duty rosters on both campuses</li><li>Able to liaise with all relevant school personnel including the Principal, Deputy Principals and the Business Manager, in all matters relating to the daily organisation.</li><li>Allocate in-lieu and other classes to teaching staff as required</li><li>Ensure the provision of a range of administrative support functions for the Principal.</li><li>Has exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.</li><li>Has excellent communication skills, and is able to work as part of the College’s administrative team</li><li>Is competent in digital technologies.</li></ul><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold both of Working With Children Check (Employment) and a National Police Check.</p><p>For further enquiries, please contact HR Services, on <a href="mailto:people.services&#64;wesleycollege.edu.au" rel="nofollow">hremployment&#64;stpeters.vic.edu.au</a> or phone <a href="https://0359907717" rel="nofollow">(03) 5990 7777</a>.
