<p><strong>Salary Range:    $148,812 – $160,193 (including 12.75% superannuation) </strong><br /><strong>Commencing:    January 2025</strong><br /><strong>Closing Date:     Friday 19 July 2024, 5:00pm</strong></p><p><strong>Shalom College, Bundaberg</strong> is a Secondary Catholic College administered by Catholic Education - Diocese of Rockhampton. Its 1500 students from Year 7 to 12 students are offered a diverse curriculum through a modern, well-equipped school with a wide range of co-curricular activities including instrumental music, choirs, interschool sport, retreats, camps and various clubs and societies. </p><p>Shalom College aims to provide an excellent and holistic education grounded in the mission of Jesus, infused with the values of the Gospel and based on the traditions of Catherine McAuley and Edmund Rice. </p><p>Shalom College&#39;s mission is to create a culture that carefully nurtures growth and the students&#39; connectedness to their world, the protection of a fragile environment and each other. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for applicants demonstrating deep commitment to Catholic education, who actively participate in the faith life of their parish, and who have strong teaching experience, academic qualifications and leadership qualities.<br /> </p><p>The Deputy Principal role is to provide general leadership in support of the Principal in the achievement of the acknowledged mission and goals of the school community and areas delegated by the Principal as designated in the Deputy’s duty statement.  The Deputy Principal may act in place of the Principal during periods of Principal’s absence.
