The College is seeking to appoint a Deputy Head of Rise Program to lead a team of dedicated teaching staff in our alternative Year 9 learning experience. The Rise Program based in Coolangatta on the Gold Coast, focuses on personal growth, service to the community and the development of entrepreneurial thinking.

As part of the Rise Program, students engage in meaningful service projects that directly impact our local community. Whether it’s volunteering at local shelters, organising environmental clean-ups, or supporting community events, our rising leaders learn the value of empathy, compassion, and active citizenship.</p><p>Furthermore, our strategic partnerships with Southern Cross University (SCU) and the Coolangatta Surf Club enhance the program’s impact. Together, we rise!</p><p><strong>The position:</strong></p><p>The College is seeking to appoint a Deputy Head of Rise Program to lead a team of dedicated teaching staff in our alternative Year 9 learning experience.
