Literacy and Mathematics</li><li>Demonstrate leadership skills in classroom practice and collaborative team planning&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate the capacity to articulate best practices in improving student outcomes&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate the capacity to develop and present relevant professional learning in various curriculum areas based on observed needs&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate the capacity to work with a diverse group of professionals&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate the capacity to challenge effectively and to work collaboratively&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of the inquiry process in relation to all aspects of the curriculum.</li></ul><p><strong>Learning and Teaching Leader Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Offer active and practical support towards the development of the school as a faith community&nbsp;</li><li>Witness, through their daily living the beliefs, practices and values of the Catholic Church tradition&nbsp;</li><li>Promote the integration of Catholic teaching and values across the curriculum in conjunction with other Leaders&nbsp;</li><li>Support teachers in their development through modeling, feedback and coaching conversations</li><li>Liaise with the Intervention Leader in regard to student selection,&nbsp;
