The Communications and Social Media Assistant will work collaboratively alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager and the College Executive to implement an effective marketing and communications strategy that will promote and enhance the reputation of the College.

<p>St Peter’s College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne’s south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. St Peter’s College offers a rich and relevant curriculum in a modern learning environment which provides every student the opportunity to reach their full potential.</p><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for position of Communications &amp; Social Media Assistant. Reporting to the Marketing &amp; Communications Booking Manager, this is a cross campus part-time (0.6FTE) and Category C position (7 weeks Annual Leave per year) with time shared across both the Cranbourne and Clyde North Campuses. The Communications and Social Media Assistant will work collaboratively alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager and the College Executive to implement an effective marketing and communications strategy that will promote and enhance the reputation of the College. Experience working in an education setting would be well regarded but is not essential.</p><p><strong>Our ideal candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Will assist with the College’s publications including content collection.</li><li>Uphold editorial, tone of voice, brand, SEO and accessibility standards.</li><li>Regularly review and update the College website to ensure accurate information is available at all times and ensure the removal of content at conclusion of events, programs etc.</li><li>Has exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.</li><li>Has excellent communication skills, and is able to work collaboratively with the College’s Education Support team</li><li>Is competent in digital technologies.</li></ul><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold both of Working With Children Check (Employment) and a National Police Check.</p><p>For further enquiries, please contact HR Services, on <a href="mailto:people.services&#64;wesleycollege.edu.au" rel="nofollow"><u>hremployment&#64;stpeters.vic.edu.au</u></a> or phone <a href="https://0359907717/" rel="nofollow"><u>(03) 5990 7717</u></a>.
