<p>Mount Scopus Memorial College is a co-educational Jewish School from Early Learning to Year 12 across three campuses; St Kilda East, Caulfield South and Burwood. </p><p>The College is seeking a Head Of Communications and Marketing to establish and lead a small team responsible for the development and implementation of a Communications &amp; Marketing strategic plan.  </p><p>This is a newly created role for the College and as such we are seeking an individual with experience in a communications and marketing team, either as a team member or as a leader, who can enhance and align relationships and outputs from our existing Enrolment and Foundation functions.  This role reports directly to the College Principal, Dan Sztrajt.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be accomplished in community engagement with specific experience in philanthropy, marketing and communication. This experience may have been gained in sectors such as  not-for-profit, health, utilities, or education. Direct experience in events management and community engagement will be highly regarded, as will an understanding of enrolments.  </p><p>The successful candidate will be a strong leader, with exceptional communication and interpersonal  skills</p><p>We envisage the successful candidate will establish an organisation structure that will allow the College maximum flexibility, effective utilisation of in-house skills and advice on the procurement of other skills either on a permanent, casual, or outsourced basis.</p><p>The role will work closely with the Principal and College Executive to develop communication and marketing strategies for both internal and external use, such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters to showcase the College’s achievements, programs, and student success stories.</p><p>We envisage the successful candidate will develop the brand of Mount Scopus Memorial College to accurately reflect our values, mission, and the unique offerings of the College.   This may include creating brand guidelines, logos, taglines, and other visual assets.  The role will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences, managing the school&#39;s website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising efforts, and measuring and improving engagement.
