An exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a focus on student wellbeing, student leadership and behaviour management initiatives. This role has a 0.2 FTE teaching load and is offered as a 3 year appointment with an ongoing substantive teaching position.
<p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a focus on student wellbeing, student leadership and behaviour management initiatives.  </p><p>Reporting to the Head of Primary and working closely with a progressive Leadership Team, the Deputy Head of Primary will be a leader of student care who provides significant and visible support to the Head of Primary in the overall management across all areas of the Primary School.</p><p>Commencing in Term 3, 2024, or by negotiation, the role has a 0.2 FTE teaching load and is offered as a 3 year appointment with an ongoing substantive teaching position.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, adept at engaging all stakeholders in a high performing primary school community, providing leadership in the development of staff as continuous learners, maintaining sustained positive relationships with parents and visibly supporting community events.</p><p>Southern Cross Grammar is committed to providing a safe environment for all children and young people.
