<p>We are seeking a teacher with:<br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A commitment to the catholic ethos and an open willlingness to support the catholicity of St Joseph's.&nbsp;</li> <li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and current VIT registration.</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of pedagogy associated with F-6 teaching.</li> <li>Understanding and committment to a positive behaviours approach.<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the capacity to develop productive and caring relationships with students, parents and staff where the focus is on the learning and well-being of the student.</li> <li>Demonstrated undertstanding of differentiaited teaching and learning.</li> <li>Confidence in working with neuro-divergent students.</li> <li>Demonstrated skills in information and communication technologies.</li> <li>Demonstrated teaching skills, including working collaboratively with colleagues to create innovative experiences for all learners.</li> <li>A strong comittment to Child Safety.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
