Leading the Junior Campus, the Head of Junior is instrumental in the delivery of a high-quality Christian education in the Lutheran tradition. In doing so, they encourage all in the community to learn, care and achieve, to bring glory to God and serve the world in love.</p><p>The Head of Junior Campus is a highly organised and collaborative member of the College Executive Team. The College Executive are responsible for leading the school community to develop a culture of welcome and inclusivity, a culture where learning is innovative, in a contemporary and authentic context and where learners are valued. </p><p>The Head of Junior Campus assumes responsibility for all organisational and managerial matters of the junior years including leading teaching and learning, curriculum, and learner wellbeing.  With a focus on culture and community, the Head of Junior Campus is responsible for ensuring the Junior Campus meets strategic goals as set out in the College’s strategic plan.
