About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• an ability to create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to diverse student needs
• sound knowledge in K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
• skill in utilising formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
• a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
• a commitment to supporting the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
• excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
• confidence in integrating technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

• a Bachelor of Education (Primary) [for conditionally qualified Teachers, you will need to provide evidence in the form of transcripts from your teaching degree]
• active accreditation with NSW Standards Authority (NESA)
• qualifications in Religious Education or Theology Per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead in Sydney Catholic Schools, or the commitment to undertake this qualification
• an SCS Employee ID Number, by completing the Registration To Teach process, or a commitment to complete the registration process.
