Applications are invited for this part-time (24 hours/week), ongoing position at the College to work with the well-resourced and vibrant Performing Arts Department. The successful applicant will be a good communicator, who is organised, willing to learn and enjoys working with young people. Familiarity with musical or dramatic arts terminology and equipment would be desirable, but not essential.

<p>Marist College Canberra is a Congregational Catholic school for boys (Year 4-12) operating as part of ‘Marist Schools Australia’. It enjoys an excellent reputation for its pastoral care of students, academic studies, cultural and sport pursuits. The College is driven by staff who are committed to making a difference in the education of boys.</p><p>Applications are invited for this part-time, ongoing position at the College to work with the well-resourced and vibrant Performing Arts Department.  The successful applicant will be a good communicator, who is organised, willing to learn and enjoys working with young people. The PA Assistant needs to work independently and show initiative to support teachers of Performing Arts across Years 4-12 and assist the Head of Performing Arts.</p><p>Familiarity with musical or dramatic arts terminology and equipment would be desirable, but not essential. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, from 9:00am – 1:48pm, during the school term and allocated staff days.
