<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p><strong>Permanent Part-time role</strong></p><p><strong>Flexibility to achieve a work/life balance</strong></p><p><strong>Highly supportive, collaborative team environment</strong></p><p>St Mary’s College is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Assistant Director to join our team.</p><p>In this role, you will collaborate closely with the OSHC Director and other team members to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive OSHC program.</p><p>Your efforts will directly impact St Mary&#39;s College&#39;s children, families, and community, fostering an environment of care, learning, and inclusivity.</p><p>Hours worked will be negotiable for the successful candidate. A minimum of 10 hours per week during term time and 25 hours during one week of each term break will be required.
