<p>This position requires the person to assume overall responsibility for the maintenance and new construction work of St Francis Xavier Catholic school buildings and grounds, St Francis Xavier staff housing and Woodycupildya school buildings and housing.<br />To also develop, promote and implement Catholic Education Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure system are maintained in compliance with legislation and Self Insurer Standards.</p>
