Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced educational administrator to take on the role of Dean of Programming, Staff Management and Co-curricular (P-12).

<p>Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced educational administrator to take on the role of Dean of Programming, Staff Management and Co-curricular (P-12) Full Time Fixed Term.</p><p>The Dean of Programming, Staff Management and Co-curricular (P-12) is the key leader for the College timetable construction, daily organisation and oversight of the College  Co-curricular program and calendar.  The Dean of  Programming, Staff Management and Co-curricular (P-12) will be a member of the College Senior Leadership team.</p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>The position includes (but is not limited to) the following:</p><ul><li>Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the College timetable;</li><li>Responsible for the day to day activities of the College including oversight of staff relief rosters, calendar development and excursions approvals;</li><li>Oversee the Co-curricular programs of the College, working with key personnel to ensure coordinator of programs and their delivery;</li><li>Oversee the staffing and organisation of the Co-Curricular programs of the College;</li><li>Work in partnership with the Deans of Teaching and Learning (P-12) monitoring professional development and growth for all teachers;</li><li>Fulfil teaching duties as required;</li><li>Willingness to contribute as required and in alignment with the Lutheran Chirstian ethos.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Teacher registration at Proficient Level with the Queensland College of Teachers or eligibility for such registration;</li><li>Significant successful experience in teaching and school administration, ie Timetabling experience would be required (&#34;Tiometable&#34; would be advantageours);</li><li>Prior experience with TASS or similar Learning Management System software would be desirable;</li><li>A high level of attention to detail and proven analytical/problem solving skills;</li><li>A high level of organisation and time management skills;</li><li>Personal integrity and ability to deal with sensitive and/or political issues with discretion, tact, diplomacy and good judgement.</li></ul><p>A Position Description for this role will be emailed to candidates upon receipt of an application.</p>
