They lead, plan, and implement the Pastoral Program, and build the capacity of their Pastoral Care Teachers to deliver the Pastoral Program effectively. They ensure that the school-wide focus on learning and well-being is continuous, actively supported by the College Pastoral Program and relative to the needs of students.
