<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School is situated in the convenient location of Lenah Valley. We offer classes from Kindergarten to Grade 6 in a caring, friendly, family environment.</p><p>The school provides an excellent extra-curricular program to support the traditional teaching and learning programs in the school and this includes Physical Education, Specialist Drama, Music, library and Japanese (Prep – Grade 6)</p><p>Applications are invited from enthusiastic and suitably qualified candidates for the following position:</p><p><strong>Primary Teacher of the arts&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>Ongoing Position&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>0.5 FTE (5 days per fortnight)&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>0.3 FTE Music Teacher and 0.2 FTE Drama or Visual Arts</strong></p><p>To be eligible applicants required to:</p><ul><li>Be committed to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.</li><li>Be able to articulate a commitment to learning and teaching.</li><li>Be willing to participate fully in the life of the school.</li><li>Have appropriate graduate and/or post graduate qualifications.</li><li>Be a registered Teacher in Tasmania or be able to gain registration prior to the commencement of the position.</li></ul><p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
