The Administration officer will assist in school administration including the keeping of records, financial, secretarial and general office duties and assist in the efficient running of the front office administration. The Administration Officer will liaise with NT Christian Schools managers, the Schools senior leadership team, shared services team, school staff, students, parents, carers, professionals, volunteers and visitors.

<p><strong>Working in the admin team with daily direction from the Office manager the Administration Officer will assist in the efficient running of the front office and attend to school level financial duties, promotions projects, enrolments data, and face-to-face reception with students and families.</strong></p><p><strong>Communication is paramount as this person is often the first and last contact that visitors, staff and students have with the College. The Administration Officer plays a significant role in guiding families through the entire enrolment process and welcoming them into the College community with their naturally hospitable nature. This role is also instrumental in the successful promotion and marketing of the College in line with the strategic direction of the College. It requires creativity and enthusiasm to promote and generate enrolments through a variety of media as well as producing publications to engage and inform our school community. The Administration Officer will liaise with NT Christian Schools managers, the Schools senior leadership team, shared services team, school staff, students, parents, carers, professionals, volunteers and visitors to maintain the high standards of the office at the School.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>To effectively witness to the beliefs articulated in the Company's Policies of NT Christian Schools by modelling an authentic life of faith lived in accordance with those beliefs, and</li></ul><p>with general Christian principles.</p><ul><li>To contribute to the spiritual life of the school by leading or otherwise assisting in the conduct of religious services and otherwise engaging in religious practices and observances (including, but not limited to, leading prayers or devotions and sharing testimonies).</li><li>To model an appropriate Christian lifestyle in and out of school, acting at all times consistently with the beliefs articulated in the Policies and Procedures of NT Christian Schools.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills, written and verbal.</li><li>Maintain the capacity to be an active team member and work collaboratively.</li><li>Experience in, or willingness to learn, technology including computers, online platforms and data management software.</li><li>Work as part of a cohesive team, collaborating together to achieve administration functions.</li><li>Help organise school functions including promotions, camps, busses, and enrolments.</li><li>Assist with data admin involving collecting, inputting, reporting and distributing information.</li><li>Coordinate enrolment information with families as students come and go from our school, then report on this information with payroll to government entities.</li><li>Maintain a clean working space and front desk area, as the first impression of our school.</li><li>Support and attend to first aid incidents where students may require care, including sick bay.</li></ul>
