Seeking a Senior Change Analyst to facilitate/drive change through adoption of new programs, systems and processes across the organisation

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><p>** Temporary Full Time position (6 months)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Senior Change Analyst is accountable for facilitating and driving change and end user adoption of new programs, systems and processes across the organisation through communication, training and business engagement. The role will be fully immersed from the outset of the development of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) working across a wide range of stakeholders, and focusing on ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects and other key strategic initiatives as part of the RAP.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Senior Change Analyst is accountable for:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting change analysis, proposing change approaches and delivering change in line with the organisation’s change management strategy and methodology</li><li>Producing change artefacts, training and communication materials and project documentation for change initiatives</li><li>Contributing to the enablement of key stakeholders across the organisation, facilitating familiarity with change concepts and practices</li><li>Facilitate workshops to actively engage with stakeholders, identify, analyse, interpret and document business requirements</li><li>Liaising with project and system leaders and collaborating with change and project teams to deliver best-fit situational and general change approaches to facilitate the effective and timely delivery of projects and initiatives</li><li>Building a detailed understanding of the diverse staff groups within the organisation, ensuring open communication with organisational-wide specialists and leaders</li><li>Utilising measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of change projects and initiatives, ensuring transparency and reportability&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will bring to the role</strong></p><ul><li>A deep knowledge and a working understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and history or demonstrate a willingness to undertake and engage in ongoing cultural capability training</li><li>Demonstrated experience working across Reconciliation Action Plans and/or Indigenous engagement or affairs</li><li>Ability to translate data into culturally safe and responsive action</li><li>Awareness and understanding of the sensitivities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and current issues affecting Aboriginal communities, both in NSW and across Australia</li><li>The ability to act as a bridge between First Nations communities and non-Indigenous worlds</li><li>Support the realisation and implementation of CSPD's vision for reconciliation through our Innovate RAP</li><li>A high level of Attention to Detail</li><li>The ability to Self-Development / Continuously Learn</li><li>Planning, Organising and Problem Solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge &amp; Application of Industry, Emerging Trends and Good Practice</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid/Flexible working environment - work between your home and the office</li><li>Wellbeing Program</li><li>Supportive and collaborative culture</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>To Apply:</strong> Apply now via the link provided!
