It requires appropriate communications and collaboration with key partners and stakeholders across the organisation (e.g., school leaders).</li><li>Tasks that this role will be involved in leading and/or supporting include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Analysing, monitoring, and forecasting the state of the CE education system, including identifying and drawing insights related to critical risks and opportunities for improvement,</li><li>Conducting internal or external research as needed to extract relevant insights,</li><li>Supporting the continuous development of strategies for the organisation,</li><li>Designing, planning, and managing strategic projects to deliver CE’s objectives and mission,</li><li>o Ensuring effective implementation of strategic projects leveraging appropriate CE project management practices to achieve the desired change,</li><li>Developing systems, processes, frameworks, and other tools (e.g., policies, guidelines) to support strategic improvements,</li><li>Monitoring and reviewing progress, including organising and analysing data as needed, and</li><li>Communicating planned and completed changes in various formats including briefs, reports, and presentations.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., business).</li><li>Must hold relevant Working with Children registrations in NSW and the ACT.</li></ul><p><strong>Selection Criteria&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li>Experience as a strategy, business, or data analyst with a strong track record supporting the development and implementation of complex, ambitious changes, ideally within a management consulting or corporate strategy team.</li><li>Highly skilled at structured analysis and problem solving, translating insight into strategy and action, driving change in complex and dynamic systems, planning and managing project delivery, persuading and influencing, and crafting and delivering compelling communications.</li><li>Highly adept at using various analytical tools to organise, analyse, and draw insight from large complex data sets (e.g., Excel).</li><li>Knowledgeable in finance and business strategy, planning, and operations.</li><li>Possesses necessary character traits and mindsets (e.g., resilience, grit, resourcefulness, respect) that are conducive to overcoming complex challenges in a professional and inclusive manner.</li></ol><p><i>Please refer to the position description for in-depth details regarding the criteria and skill set required.&nbsp;</i><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Other Eligibility Criteria&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible to apply for this position.&nbsp;</li><li>Appointment is subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment in accordance with CECG policy.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Applicants must submit a cover letter addressing the Skills, Attributes and Experience section in the position description and a current resume.&nbsp;</p><p>For further information about the role and Catholic Education Archdiocese of Canberra &amp; Goulburn please visit the&nbsp;<a href="">website</a>&nbsp;and position description.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>If you have any questions about the recruitment process, contact Rebecca Radanovich, People &amp; Culture Officer, on 0475136048 or via email at&nbsp;<a href=""></a>.&nbsp;</p><p><br><br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<a href="">Applicant Information Pack</a></p>
