The Director of Wellbeing and Learning provides leadership and support to the Leaders of Wellbeing to ensure the holistic wellbeing of the students in their care. The Director of Wellbeing and Learning promotes a sense of belonging, safety and connection across the school community. This enables students to reach their potential academically, spiritually and socially. The Director of Wellbeing and Learning is the driver of The Resilience Project (TRP) wellbeing curriculum, the College Wellbeing Student Improvement Plan and works closely with the <a href="https://oscarwiki.parra.catholic.edu.au/confluence/display/pss/Student+Wellbeing+Framework?preview=%2F213752727%2F213752733%2FStudent+Framework.pdf">Diocesan Student Wellbeing Framework</a>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position criteria</strong></p><p>As Director of Wellbeing and Learning you will be responsible for working collaboratively with staff, students and parents and demonstrating effective leadership skills.
