<p dir="ltr"><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br>We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to become a valuable addition to our remarkable team at St Raphael’s Catholic School in Cowra NSW. The Administration officer will be an ambassador for the school when meeting parents and other visitors and acts as the first point of contact in the school.</p>

<p dir="ltr"><br><strong>About You</strong><br>We are looking for someone who can meet the following selection criteria:</p>
<ul>
<li dir="ltr">Demonstrated ability to receive, manage, and/or redirect all phone, email, and in-person enquiries efficiently and professionally.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Proven track record of providing information and support to staff members, ensuring clear and effective communication.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Experience in processing cash and EFTPOS payments accurately.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Skilled in updating and maintaining both paper and electronic records with high attention to detail.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Ability to oversee visitor and contractor sign-in and coordination, ensuring compliance with school policies.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Competence in processing student attendance, including roll marking, managing late arrivals, early departures, and related correspondence.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Proficiency in managing calendars and appointments for senior school executives, including the Principal and Assistant Principal.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Experience assisting staff with routine administrative tasks, including printing, photocopying, and maintaining office stock and supplies.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Ability to assist in first aid and medication management, with appropriate certifications.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Knowledge and experience in risk management, incident reporting, and logging, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and promptly.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all school operations, staff, and student information.</li>
