Administration and Reception Contract Type: Temporary 2 days per week. Ideally, this person will have had experience working in the school office of a Sydney Catholic School at Level 4. The position is for Term 3 only, between July 22 and September 27. Days can be negotiated.

<p>The successful applicant will have:</p><p>*High end computer and technology literacy</p><p>*Strong written and verbal skills</p><p>*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams</p><p>*Conflict resolution, problem solving, negotiation and management skills</p><p>*Willingness and capacity to take initiative and adapt to changing school requirements and needs</p><p>*Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload with a capacity to meet tight deadlines</p><p>*Willingness to learn and engage in professional growth and learning</p><p>*Capacity to create, analyse, summarise and synthesise data and generate surveys and reports</p><p>*Capability to work autonomously as well as a member of a busy, high performing, high output team</p><p>*Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision</p><p>*Financial literacy for school based finance roles</p><p>*Understanding of and willingness to promote the vision and mission of Catholic education</p><p>*Ability to create a welcoming environment to maintain and promote school enrolments</p><p>*Ability to maintain confidentiality</p>
