As a system of schools, our commitment is to respecting and honouring the diversity of each individual as a fundamental principle of learning and teaching.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>More specifically you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate with leadership and teachers&nbsp;on designing learning experiences that foster talent development across all domains of potential – intellectual, creative, social-emotional and physical</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate with teachers to assess and identify the specific learning needs of all high potential, gifted and highly gifted students.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc">Implement evidence-based procedures, programs and practices that meet the learning and wellbeing needs of all high potential and gifted students and facilitate talent development.</li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate with school teams to promote partnerships with parents, carers and the community.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc">NESA Accreditation</li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc">Statement of Service&nbsp;</li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Previous experience in High Potential/Gifted Education&nbsp;<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">With over 5000 passionate employees located across 80 primary and secondary schools, we have the intent and the resources to transform the learning and unlock the full potential of each of our 40,000 plus students.
