The Communications and Engagement team has an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Specialist on a permanent full-time basis.

<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><p dir="ltr">The Communications and Engagement team lead CSPD’s work with a focus on enrolments, marketing, communications, community engagement and school support; public policy and research; and grants and partnerships.</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Partnerships Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for supporting partnership development on behalf of CSPD with the purpose of promoting its mission and achieving its strategic priorities through identifying and nurturing partnerships in the wider community.</p> <p dir="ltr">As a Partnerships Specialist, you will be:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;responsible for designing frameworks and strategies to identify, cultivate, and maintain partnerships with organisations, businesses, government agencies, and community groups that align with our goals</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">accountable for building and maintaining relationships with potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements and securing resources to support specific programs within our organization</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">responsible for developing marketing and communication strategies to promote partnerships and raise awareness of our initiatives</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">track and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and initiatives to ensure our collaborations are mutually beneficial and align with our objectives</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
