<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Ongoing full-time</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>A dynamic opportunity to work with our network of schools&nbsp;</strong></p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Hybrid working model</strong></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are seeking an experienced grants officer to join our Communications &amp; Engagement team to secure external funding for programs and initiatives that support CSPD’s strategic objectives and priorities.</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">The Communications and Engagement team aim to increase enrolments across the system while advocating for Catholic Education in Greater Western Sydney and collaborates closely with the&nbsp;marketing team to support CSPD in achieving its strategic objectives and assist schools in making a significant impact on enrolment and retention.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><br>The Grants Officer is accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Writing and developing compelling grant submissions.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Managing the day-to-day finance, administration, tracking and reporting.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ensuring grant proposals and applications adhere to guidelines and requirements.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintaining strong working relationships and partnerships with agencies and donors.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Researching and identify potential grant opportunities from various government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other funding sources.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment with the purpose and core values of CSPD along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Previous experience in grants and document writing</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Experience in research and administration</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Well-developed customer service skills<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">There are so many great things that CSPD has to offer!
