The Administration Officer /eSIS role is for the remainder of 2024, contract 0.8 position, with possibility of ongoing the following year.

<p>St. Macartan&#39;s is a dynamic and vibrant primary school, nestled in a breathtaking natural environment with a strong emphasis on sustainability. We are currently seeking applications from qualified and team-oriented individuals for the position of School Administration Officer/eSIS at St. Macartans&#39;. This role is a Category B Part-time position (4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 4pm), initially temporary with the potential for ongoing placement in 2025.</p><p>The School Administration Officer/eSIS position plays a crucial role in supporting various members of the Administration Team, including school eHR, school eFIN, the school business partner, and the Principal. By efficiently managing administrative tasks, this position contributes significantly to the smooth operation of our school community.</p><p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to Catholic Education and prioritize the safety and well-being of children. A Child Safety Code of Conduct is provided and adherence to it is expected.<br /></p><p><b>Essential Criteria </b></p><p>• As front of desk, it is vital the school administration officer has a friendly and approachable manner with excellent communication skills.</p><p>• An enthusiasm for working in a primary school, enjoy interacting with children and ready to tackle what each day brings.</p><p>  Experience in the Integrated Online Catholic Network (ICON) particularly eSIS is an advantage.</p><p>• Advanced IT skills and knowledge including experience in financial programs, ICON eSIS, Microsoft word, Excel, Inquiry Tracker, SIMON and internet application is an advantage.</p><p>• Willingness to undertake professional learning and quick to demonstrate ability to apply newly acquired knowledge and skills to responsibilities.</p><p>• Positive pro-active attitude with solid problem-solving capability.</p><p>• The capacity to work effectively, efficiently and collaboratively as a positive team member.</p><p>• A strong organisational &amp; multi-tasking ability.</p><p>• Have a current Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check. </p><p> </p><p><i>Please note candidates may be interviewed and appointed prior to the closing date, it is recommended that you submit your application as soon as possible.</i><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b><u>Applications Close Wednesday 17 April 2024</u></b></p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><br /></p>
