Teaching at Mercy is welcoming and rewarding and our young people are engaged and aspirational.</p> <p>We are seeking dynamic teachers for the following leave replacement teaching roles:</p> <ul> <li>English with/without VCE Literature - Year 9 to VCE. 0.6 - 1.0 FTE, fixed term commencing 27 May and concluding 28 June, 2024. This position has potential to commence earlier and may be extended through to the end of 2024 with the potential for ongoing employment.</li> <li>Visual Art and/or Performing Arts - Year 7 &amp; 8 - approx 0.5 FTE, fixed term commencing 15 April and concluding 28 June, 2024 with the potential to be extended through to the end of 2024.</li> <li>Science - Year 7 to VCE Sciences - approx 0.5 FTE to 1.0 FTE, fixed term commencing Term 2 with the potential to be extended through to the end of 2024 and potentially ongoing.</li> <li>Expressions of Interest are also welcomed for all other teaching areas inclusive of CRT work.</li> </ul> <p>Experienced or Graduate Secondary or Primary Teachers and Permission to Teach candidates are most welcome and encouraged to apply.</p> <p>A completed application form, current curriculum vitae, and the names and contact details of three professional referees should be forwarded by email to the Principal, no later than Monday, 18 March 2024, 9.00am.</p> <p>Application details and a full position description can be obtained from the College’s website.
