<p>At Our Lady Help of Christians School we work in Professional Learning Communities (PLC) within a framework of Response to Intervention (RtI) to guide our Learning and Teaching.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>Applications are invited for a part-time Education Support Staff member to join our dedicated and dynamic staff team for the remainder of the 2024 school year, four days a week: Monday 8:50 - 1:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:50 - 3:15.</p> <p>This school community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.</p> <p>The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.</p> <p>Applications close on Monday March 18 with interviews in this week.</p> <p><b>Selection Criteria:</b></p> <p>Applicants are required to:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>have completed Certificate 3 or equivalent in Education Support&nbsp;</li> <li>work alongside our Learning Diversity Leader and teachers to support student learning</li> <li>provide individualised support for short periods&nbsp;</li> <li>demonstrated skills in behavioural support and social and emotional coaching</li> <li>demonstrate the skills, knowledge and traits required for the successful access to and implementation of relevant professional learning.</li> </ul>
