In particular they are the liaison with prospective pupils, parents, and feeder schools. They are expected to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the College’s vision, mission and values; history and traditions; teaching and learning programs; co-curricular programs and facilities, communicating these to prospective parents and students in a positive way. They report to the Director of Development and Community Relations and work as part of the wider team.</p><p><b>Key areas of responsibility:</b></p><ul><li>Enrolments</li><li>Transition</li><li>Student Records</li><li>Exchange Students</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>About You</b><br /></p><p><b>Key Requirements</b><br /></p><ul><li>Previous experience working in an equivalent role</li><li>High level computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and specified College software programs (Synergetic and SIMON)</li><li>Knowledge of MACS Enrolment Policy and procedures</li><li>Familiarity with Enquiry Tracker or similar enrolment software (desirable) </li><li>Current member of Educate Plus and/or Catholic Development Network (desirable)</li><li>Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills </li><li>Diplomatic, tactful and professional in your approach </li><li>Strong ability to work collaboratively, independently and creatively within a team </li><li>Understands the importance of maintaining privacy and confidentiality</li><li>Excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to produce informative enrolment reports and analysis</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and an understanding of the importance of charism and spiritual tradition in the life of an order-owned Catholic school</li><li>A commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children</li></ul><p>A current Working with Children Check (employee) and National Police Check are essential requirements for this position or current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>This position is full time, ongoing.
