This position is responsible for providing a warm and friendly front of house reception for all visitors to the College. This role also provides general administrative support across the College as required. </p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Coordination of College reception</li><li>Providing reception services for visitors, students and staff including providing information to students and staff regarding class location</li><li>Communicating student information as required</li><li>Providing general office support for the College as directed</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p>Must have:</p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal communication including a high level of written and verbal communication</li><li>Demonstrated skills in customer service</li><li>Ability to deal professionally and discretely with external and internal queries, concerns and complaints</li><li>Ability to build excellent working relationships across the College</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position working on an agreed roster with hours of 8.00am - 4.00pm (Monday to Friday) or 8.30am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday).</p><p>As a school community, Monte places a strong emphasis on collegiality and professional development.
