<p>The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) is currently seeking a permanent part-time (21 hours per week) Administrative Assistant - Learning &amp; Wellbeing to join the team.<br><br><br>The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) is responsible for the leadership, operation and management of systemic schools which educate more than 21,000 students in 44 primary schools, 11 secondary schools, one K–12 school, one flexible learning centre and one special school in the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.</p><p><br><a href="https://diocesemn.azurewebsites.net/media/6835/position-description_-_cso_-_administration_assistant_-_learning_and_wellbeing.pdf" target="_blank">POSTION DESCRIPTION</a><br><br>The Administrative Assistant – Learning and Wellbeing provides administrative support to the Learning and Wellbeing team, working closely with other team admin assistants, the Assistant Head Learning and Wellbeing, the Leader, Student Learning and Wellbeing, the Leader, School Counselling and their teams. The Administrative Assistant supports the delivery of service in response to school requests and student referrals.&nbsp;<br><br>This role may be the first point of contact for schools, including Principals, School Counsellors, Learning Support Coordinators and Learning Support Teachers regarding students that need additional support.<br><br>The key responsibilities of this role are:<br></p><li>Supporting the processing of large volume of student referrals and pre-enrolment applications throughout the year.<br></li><li>Supporting the coordination and allocation of the NCCD funding to schools throughout the year.<br></li><li>Supporting the team’s transition to wholly digitised file management system (active and archived files).<br></li><li>Processing and managing accounts/subscriptions/membership payments through TechOne.<br></li><li>Completing a range of administrative support services to facilitate the operation of the Learning and Wellbeing Team.<br></li><p></p>
