We are looking for a passionate and committed Student Wellbeing Support Officer to join our Student Wellbeing Team.

<p>We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual who is keen to join our dynamic school team to support our students.</p><p>The role of the Student Wellbeing Support Officer is vital to the wellbeing of the students of our school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Student Wellbeing Leader to ensure all children are given every opportunity to an inclusive education.</p><p>Applications are invited for a suitably experienced person for a part-time, ongoing position of Student Wellbeing Support Officer to commence on 4 March 2024 , or sooner if possible. <b>The part-time role is 3 days per week, 9:00am-1.00pm (FTE 0.32).</b> The position is classified in accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022.<br /></p><p>The successful applicant must hold a Certificate IV equivalent or higher qualification that includes competencies in:</p><ul><li>mental health and making appropriate referrals, and</li><li>providing pastoral care or working with youth.</li></ul><p>Qualifications that meet these requirements are:</p><ul><li>Certificate IV in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care (CHC42315)</li><li>Certificate IV in Community Services (CHC42015)</li><li>Certificate IV in Mental Health (CHC43315)</li><li>Certificate IV in Youth Justice (CHC40513)</li><li>Certificate IV in Youth Work (CHC40413).</li></ul><p>The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check. </p><p>St Therese&#39;s Primary School is a child safe school and as such, complies with all aspects and legal obligations that relate to the Child Safe Standards, committing to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children in our care.</p><p>The interview process may commence prior to the closing date and, if a suitable candidate is found, the role may close early.
