Office Administration and Receptionist. Start as soon as possible.

<p>Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the part time 0.3 position of Administration/Receptionist Officer to commence as soon as possible. The days and hours are open to negotiation. The salary and conditions are in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. </p><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.</p><p>Days of work would be every Friday 8.30am - 4.36pm and alternate Mondays 8.30am - 4.36pm</p><p> </p><p>The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the following: </p><ul><li>excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>reception services, office management and administrative skills </li><li>team-based approach in a collegial environment </li><li>commitment to the St Clare’s Child Safety Policy and Staff Code of Conduct </li><li>commitment to ongoing professional learning and the continuing development of a positive school culture </li><li>provide a welcoming and positive demeanour in daily interactions with students, parents and staff</li></ul><p>The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to work in a team environment and be able to provide care and support for students, whilst supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and its environment.<br /></p><p>First Aid - Level 2 Qualified or prepared to obtain as soon as possible</p><p> </p><p>The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check, a National Police Record Check and two referee checks. </p><p>In applying for a position with Melbourne Archdiocese of Catholic Schools (MACS), you will be asked to provide certain personal information to enable your application to be considered.
