In our distributive leadership model, this position will be critical in supporting the learner to continually co-evolve and create in a collaborative growth environment as well as supporting the extensive wellbeing needs of learners in our community.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development of students from Years 5-12. This individual is a proactive advocate of support, guidance, and leadership within the school community, dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment that promotes students' wellbeing, diversity, and learning.
