We are seeking a Wellbeing Leader Yrs 5 to 12 (3pt Co-ordinator) to join our dynamic school community on an ongoing full-time basis.

<p><b>Location: </b>St John XXIII Catholic College (Secondary),St John XXIII Catholic College (Primary)</p><p dir="ltr">We are seeking a Leader of Wellbeing for Years 5-12 (3 pt coordinator) who will be an activator of learning, ensuring that our school community is at the frontier of learning. In our distributive leadership model, this position will be critical in supporting the learner to continually co-evolve and create in a collaborative growth environment as well as supporting the extensive wellbeing needs of learners in our community.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development of students from Years 5-12. This individual is a proactive advocate of support, guidance, and leadership within the school community, dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment that promotes students' wellbeing, diversity, and learning.
