The Property and Facilities Manager provides oversight of the management of property and maintenance services at Danebank to ensure the School is maintained to a high standard of safety and presentation at all times to enhance learning and support our students, staff and community. An integral part of this is the management of the roll out of the school’s Master Plan over the next 15 years.

An integral part of this is the management of the roll out of the school’s Master Plan over the next 15 years.</p><p><b>Key Competencies, Skills and/ or Experience</b></p><ul><li>Experience in and proven track record of high quality leadership of property and facility management </li><li>Experience leading and managing a team </li><li>Excellent project management skills </li><li>Excellent focus on customer service </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>High level computer literacy </li><li>Verified active WWCC</li></ul><p><b>Essential Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Qualification in property and facilities management, trade or other related area </li><li>Knowledge of WHS and other relevant legislation </li><li>Knowledge of T&amp;I Sepp</li></ul><p><b>To Apply</b></p><p>Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
