<p>Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is approximately 1,100 students.</p><p>The Director of Advancement is a member of the College Leadership Team with the delegated responsibility for the overall leadership and management of educational advancement, including community relations, communications, enrolments, marketing, fundraising, archives, leadership and management of St Joseph&#39;s College Foundation Ltd and the Foundation&#39;s philanthropic endeavours. </p><p>The Director of Advancement will work collaboratively in initiating and overseeing projects that enhance current systems and facilitate best practice in educational advancement and in each of the areas of responsibility. </p><p>The successful candidate will possess experience with demonstrated success across the portfolio; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. </p><p>Applicants for this position must be supportive of Christian values and appreciation of the Catholic ethos in the Marist tradition within the College community. </p><p>The successful applicant will work in a modern work environment, with a very positive and supportive culture, located close to public transport and free parking.
