You adopt an agile approach to innovation, change and improvement and are influential in encouraging the same of those around you. You understand 21st century learning and the challenges and opportunities presented in designing a curriculum to meet a changing world.</p><p>Key Selection Criteria</p><p>Essential:</p><ul><li>Tertiary qualifications in Education with evidence of continuous formal learning in a relevant field.</li><li>Experience leading the design, construction and delivery of learning in a secondary school setting</li><li>Accreditation to Teach RE or Lead in a Catholic School, working towards attainment or preparedness to commence working towards attainment</li><li>Experience in the development and analysis of plans and initiatives that support the achievement of strategy</li><li>Demonstrated success in leading others and positively influencing change</li><li>Experience managing projects and resources</li><li>Strategic and forward-thinking approach</li><li>Highly developed written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p>Classification is in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022:</p><p>Teacher T1-1 to T2-6 plus 11% superannuation</p><p>POL 4 allowance of $12,636 gross per annum </p><p><br /></p><p>APPLICATION PROCESS</p><p>Applicants viewing this advertisement on websites such as Seek must apply via the advertisement on the College&#39;s employment site.
