<p>All Saints Anglican School is a leading independent co-educational school for students from Pre- Prep to Year 12, offering an international program with boarding facilities. The stunning campus is divided into three sub-schools: Junior, Middle and Senior, and is located on a 40 hectare site on Australia&#39;s beautiful Gold Coast. The community enjoys state of the art facilities, and with a commitment to holistically developing each student, there is an authentic sense of joy and purpose that underpins an inclusive and welcoming culture. </p><p>With the upcoming retirement of Mr Patrick Wallas after twenty-two years of outstanding leadership, the All Saints Anglican School Council invites applications from dynamic educational leaders with a proven record of values led leadership, and a commitment to continuing to build a progressive and future focused vision for the school. The Council seeks an educational leader who has the capacity to drive vision, develop the next strategic development plan of the School and deliver strong academic, co-curricular, wellbeing and sustainable learning outcomes. The successful candidate will be a leader of people, able to translate ideas and concepts into action and engage others proactively in change and continuous improvement. With the support of the Council, the next Principal of All Saints Anglican School will continue the trajectory of positioning the learning community as a leader, globally, in developing young people of character, equipped to navigate life with confidence. </p><p>Commencing in Term 1, 2025, the preferred candidate will be a motivated, relational leader, with an engaging presence and ability to build coherence and unity across all areas of the school. </p><p>The successful applicant will be able to: </p><ul><li>demonstrate a commitment to supporting the Christian values, Anglican ethos and culture of the School with the ability to lead a diverse and inclusive community; </li><li>clearly articulate and inspire a compelling strategic vision which enhances the quality of education at the School and anticipates the future needs of learners and teachers </li><li>demonstrate a high level of engagement in effective education, with thorough knowledge of developments at international, national and state levels </li><li>demonstrate the knowledge and the successful implementation of a range of executive leadership principles and practices in managing change and innovation in an inclusive and collaborative manner </li><li>manage high level and complex student and staff wellbeing matters in a timely and effective manner </li><li>provide an executive level of leadership in all aspects of the School&#39;s operations, including resourcing and people management, financial management, marketing, fundraising, communications, risk/compliance and governance </li><li>empower staff, students and parents to actively engage with the School community through effective communication and positive relationships </li></ul><p>All Saints Anglican School has zero tolerance for child abuse and promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children. </p><p>The All Saints Anglican School Council has engaged Hutton Consulting Australia to assist with the search and selection process for this position.
