Trinity Lutheran College Council is seeking to appoint an innovative and energetic educator with the capacity to embrace the school’s mission, vision and values, while executing the school’s strategic plan and shaping a dynamic future.The Principal must have a heart for people, a mind for administration, proven team-building leadership, a visible Christian faith and a key focus on the learner.

Trinity Lutheran College is a co-educational school of 530 students catering for year levels from Prep to Year 10. It has an outstanding reputation as a quality International Baccalaureate World School in both the Primary Years and Middle Years programs.

A major building refurbishment program, in excess of $8 million, throughout 2021-2023 has ensured the college offers a setting for all staff and learners that facilitates a flexible, future focused education.

The College is in the final stages of planning and application for approval for a high quality, architecturally designed Early Learning Centre (ELC). It is anticipated that building would be completed in 2025 for a centre opening in 2026.
