You will have knowledge specifically in Child Protection, WPHS and Psychosocial safety risks and compliance requirements. You will be adept at being able to integrate risk management practices into daily operational and decision-making processes.</p> <p>Further you will have:</p> <ul> <li>Relevant tertiary or diploma qualifications in WH&amp;S, Fire Safety, or related fields.</li> <li>Eligible to successfully hold a Working with Children Blue Card</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in Risk, Quality, and WH&amp;S Management systems, preferably in the education industry.</li> <li>Capability to conduct and manage internal audits and compliance processes.</li> <li>Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, AS 45001:2018, and educational standards.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills</li> </ul> <p><b>About Us  </b></p> <p>Sheldon College is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational College situated in Redland City, catering for students from 15 months of age through to Year 12.
