As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the Schools Business Manager provides day-to-day business support across a number of Diocese Schools in key operational areas such as finance, school fees collections, procurement, and facilities.

You will be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing pertinent and meaningful reporting and information on your schools.</span></p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt">The successful candidate will be accountable for:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 10pt">Partnering with the School leadership team to ensure the effective functioning of the School&nbsp;</span></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 10pt">Managing the day to day business, financial and administrative functions of the School and working with CSPD/CEO functional units to ensure smooth daily operations&nbsp;</span></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 10pt">Coordinating the effective management of school non-teaching human resources to support the learning agenda&nbsp;</span></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ensuring up-keep and improvement of physical assets such as buildings, plant, ICT and equipment, (including maintaining asset registers). Enabling uninterrupted use of equipment/facilities which are fit for purpose</span></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 10pt">Coordinating the preparation and monitoring of operating (opex) and capital (capex) budgets.
