About the Role An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists to support the implementation of the mission of Catholic education and to provide high quality service and programs for children in the year before formal school. The Early Childhood Educator will work as a part of a team striving for excellence in teaching and learning, where relationships and partnerships are nurtured and respected, where children feel safe and develop a strong sense of identity.  Essential Criteria <ul> <li>The ability to provide high quality care for all children at the Centre;</li> <li>Active participation as a team member and a commitment to an inclusive working environment;</li> <li>Strong organisational skills;</li> <li>A commitment to developing positive relationships with families;</li> <li>A well-developed sense of responsibility and self-motivation;</li> <li>A commitment to maintaining confidentiality with staff, families, and children;</li> <li>A commitment to development and improvement within the field of Early Childhood education;</li> <li>An ability to work with different multimedia platforms; and</li> <li>Must hold a certificate III in Children's Services qualification and Certificates in First Aid (HLTAID004) & Asthma and Anaphylaxis</li> </ul> Please refer to the role description for an in-depth detail regarding criteria and skill set required.
