Staff wellbeing is a focus, borne out by staff loyalty and satisfaction.</p> <p>We are currently seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Teachers’ Aide to commence at the beginning of Term 1, 2024. Experience and qualifications in the application of evidence-led practices with students who have diverse learning needs in the areas of disability and/or EAL/D will be highly regarded. Successful candidates will work closely with the diverse learning team and teaching staff to provide support for student learning in classroom, small groups, and one on one settings.</p> <p>SELECTION CRITERIA</p> <p>• An understanding of and commitment to student wellbeing and engagement</p> <p>• Ability to work with young people</p> <p>• Good communication and organisational skills</p> <p>• Commitment to professional learning</p> <p><b>ESSENTIAL: Applicants must be a committed Christian and able to obtain a reference from their current Protestant church minister.
