It is a rapidly growing K-12 school with a student population exceeding 1450 students in 2024. The college is one school, not a traditional primary school and high school coexisting on the same site.&nbsp; As such, the college is organised into Junior Years Learning (K-4), Middle Years Learning (5-8), and Senior Years Learning (9-12). St Francis is entering its 7th Stage of Building Development and offers state-of-the-art learning &amp; specialist KLA facilities.</p> <p dir="ltr">A permanent full time position commencing 30 January 2024. The successful applicant will advocate and provide quality pathways and employment education programs that develop students’ skills, knowledge, and capabilities for post-school opportunities. The successful applicant in consultation with the Leadership team, will provide links with external agencies supporting career development and education, ensuring that students and parents/carers are aware of post-school options in order to make informed decisions and be prepared for the transition to post-school life.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">The position is F.T.E 0.7 Transition &amp; Pathways (TAPS) and F.T.E. 0.3 classroom teacher. The classroom teacher component could be attached to any Key Learning Area in the Year 5-12 space. Familiarity with a variety of career paths and industries and a commitment to staying current with trends in education and the labour market.
