They should also be aware of factors that influence students' learning opportunities and be capable of enhancing the learning and teaching experience.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrates the ability to differentiate instruction to cater to diverse student needs and maximise their learning outcomes.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Shows a solid understanding of learning environments, lesson planning, technology integration, and effective teaching practices.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exhibits a commitment to continuously improve their teaching practice and actively engage in personal professional development opportunities.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Displays initiative and passion, actively collaborating with and supporting fellow staff members to promote inclusive learning and participation.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Has the ability to motivate students, fostering a lifelong love for learning and supporting their achievements.<br><br></p></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The successful candidate should also possess the following skills and/or experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Holds current qualifications that are appropriate for teaching students with diverse needs.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrates understanding of the Australian Curriculum, including Life Skills outcomes.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Has expertise in managing and understanding students with various needs.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Can effectively differentiate the curriculum to meet the individual requirements of students with diverse needs.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exhibits strong literacy and numeracy skills.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Possesses knowledge and skills in developing Personalised Plans and tracking individualised student goals.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Shows proficiency in IT skills and a good understanding of accessibility features across different platforms.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively manage students with diverse needs.<br><br></p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a job share and team environment.</p></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What's on offer?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">There are so many great things that CSPD has to offer!
