<p><b>OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE </b></p> <p>The Canteen Assistant has the primary role of providing food services to students and assisting in College catering requirements throughout the course of the school year. The Canteen Assistant is responsible for the preparation and service of food to students and is under the direction of, and reports directly to, the College Canteen Manager.</p> <p><b>MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY </b></p> <p>The responsibilities of the Canteen Assistant include but are not limited to:</p> <p>1. Supporting the College Canteen operations.</p> <p>2. Ensuring compliance with the Food Safety Program and the National Food Safety Standards.</p> <p>3. Catering for College events.</p> <p>iv.
