<p>We are looking for someone who understands how to enable a student to thrive.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be joining an inclusive team committed to providing the best support for all students.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking someone who is committed to the highest levels of child safety, understands the child safe standards and is a strong advocate for student voice. It will involve small group and individual support with students who require support.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will have:</p> <ul> <li>appreciation and understanding of the Catholic ethos</li> <li>be highly motivated, enthusiastic with a positive outlook</li> <li>able to work collaboratively as part of a professional team</li> <li>value confidentiality and understand the different needs of students</li> <li>demonstrated ability to form positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues</li> <li>have an understanding of students with various needs, particularly students with ASD</li> <li>a willingness to contribute to the broader needs of the school and parish community</li> <li>an outlook that sees the possibilities for every child</li> </ul> <p>This position will be 8:45am to 3:25pm Monday to Friday.&nbsp;</p> <p>The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with MACS policy.</p> <p><br></p>
