<p><b>The position </b></p> <p>We welcome applications to join the Sunrise Christian School Marion OSHC team. Commencing January 2024, the position is for 33 hours per week (negotiable) over 41 weeks of the year (term weeks only). Work hours will be from 6:30am – 8:30am and 3:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, as well as administration time for Director duties. Joining the OSHC team you will have the opportunity to use your God-given gifts and talents to invest into our warm and welcoming school community.</p> <p><b>To be successful </b></p> <p>We are looking for committed Christians who are active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.</p> <p>It is expected that applicants will:</p> <ul> <li>Be suitably qualified (minimum Diploma with First Aid)</li> <li>Develop activities that are developmentally appropriate</li> <li>Meet individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care &amp; recreational philosophy of the programme</li> <li>Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrate an excellent professional and interpersonal relationship with students and families</li> <li>Provide a satisfactory Working with Children Check and complete Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse &amp; Neglect in Education &amp; care training or be willing to obtain</li> <li>Have and understanding of National Quality Standard (NQA) Guidelines<br></li> </ul> <p><b>About Sunrise Christian School </b></p> <p>Sunrise Christian School educates the hearts and minds of children to provide wisdom and an understanding of God.
